Job Title: Office Admin

To support and work with all levels of associates throughout the company as well as outside vendors in efforts to secure successful completion of all department activities. To possess excellent customer service skills, effective communication skills, diligence and accuracy, collaboration and teamwork and the ability to expeditiously multi-task projects and assignments.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Provide clerical support including service dispatch, invoice, accounts payable, service orders and warehouse.

Answer incoming calls in a congenial manner; provide information as appropriate and initiates correspondence in response for requests for information including dispatch and service calls.

Accounts receivable reporting and collections follow up.

Support other positions as needed.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Meet department standards regarding job knowledge, quality, efficiency, initiative, teamwork, customer service and overall performance.

Assist with records and workflow of all departments.

Prepare correspondence and other documents.

Report, summarize, track information and data and follow up as required.

Prepares analysis of requested information or data and makes recommendations as appropriate.

Create and maintain a filing system that facilitates the efficient and timely retrieval of documents.

Run various errands as required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $25.00/hr.
