Description

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a contract part-time role in Rye, New York. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to key administrative tasks while collaborating in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform data entry tasks to maintain and update records efficiently.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including bulk mailings, in a timely manner.

Provide general clerical support, including filing, scanning, and document organization.

Respond to inquiries through inbound calls and emails with professionalism.

Assist with maintaining office supplies and organizing resources.

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting purposes.

Uphold confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive information.

Requirements - Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle inbound and outbound communications professionally.

Familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and document organization.

Excellent data entry skills with a focus on accuracy.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
