Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
RN Licensure: Current, active RN license in North Dakota (or compact state license valid for ND).
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC upon hire (specific acceptable providers listed below*).
Expertise: Deep understanding of inpatient nursing, administration, and regulatory standards.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability in strategic planning, project management, and change leadership.
Qualities: High motivation, strong team orientation, professionalism, and a commitment to respectful care.

Pay Range
$43.33 - $61.20 /hour
