Job Description:
This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client's expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.
Position Summary:
The Delivery Lead role is critical to the continuity, stability, and strategic advancement of our global payments issue remediation and audit sustainment initiatives. This role is currently held by a top-performing individual whose deep domain knowledge, technical acumen, and ownership of end-to-end delivery make her an irreplaceable asset
Responsibilities:
Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates, etc.)
Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
Facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline
Provides status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and schedule
Works with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements
Supports resource planning for delivery and execution
Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards
Unlike a traditional governance or oversight role, this Delivery Lead is hands-on in both solution development and delivery.
Designs and implements long-term solutions to systemic payment processing issues.
Ensures sustainability and audit-readiness, fulfilling regulatory and compliance requirements.
Bridges technical delivery with business impact, ensuring initiatives are not only completed but embedded into operational processes.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of financial industry or risk experience
Intense attention to accuracy, detail, and consistency
Strong analytical skills and ability to effectively challenge information
Strong communication skills: ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally and to feel comfortable delivering insights and recommendations to senior management
Comfortable taking initiative and being resourceful/entrepreneurial
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-specific environment
Excellent organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize daily tasks with project work as well as ad-hoc requests
Proven verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills
Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
