Shifts: 1st Shift.

Employment Types: Full Time, Direct Hire, Long Term.

Pay Rate: $76.92 / hour

Duties:

Oversee commercial construction projects with a focus on automotive dealerships

Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources

Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and construction regulations

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to leadership and clients

Identify and resolve project-related issues proactively

Support multiple projects simultaneously, primarily from the office (~90% of the time)

Position Requirements:

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in commercial construction

5+ years of experience in a project management role

Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and best practices

Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively

Proficiency with project management tools and software

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old., required education: HS Diploma or GED.

Work Location: CFI Design Management, Inc, Indianapolis, IN 46220.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $76.92 - $76.92 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
