Legal Secretary

System One has partnered with a company in the OKC area that is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Secretary with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join their team full-time in their office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and is committed to delivering exceptional administrative support to attorneys and legal staff.

Responsibilities:

Draft, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and reports

Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate court dates

File legal documents with courts and government agencies (electronic and physical)

Maintain and organize case files, both digital and hard copy

Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle client communications professionally

Perform general office duties including copying, scanning, and mail distribution

Assist with billing, time entry, and expense reporting

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a legal secretary or in a similar legal administrative role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems

Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High level of discretion and confidentiality

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a deadline-driven environment

Work Environment:

This is a full-time, in-office position. Remote work is not available.

Standard business hours, Monday through Friday
