Pay: $22-24/hr based on experience

This position is ONSITE in Marysville, OH Must be able to commute to Marysville, OH

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

What's a typical day as an Executive Administrative Assistant? You'll be:

Managing daily and long-term calendars for multiple Business Unit Leads (BULs), identifying potential conflicts, and resolving scheduling issues with discretion and professionalism.

Coordinating and prioritizing activities, action items, and deadlines; bringing critical matters to the leaders' attention and executing necessary follow-ups.

Organizing and supporting major meetings, events, and weekly administrative support meetings within the Purchasing and Supply Chain Center (PSCC).

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have an Associate's Degree or equivalent business experience.

Bring 3-5 years of executive support or similar business experience.

Possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
