Onsite/Remote: Onsite Position

Your Responsibilities

As an Executive Administrative Assistant for Precision Upgrades located in Moline, IL, you will:

Support multiple leaders in our People Organization and support processes across the function.

Perform a full range of administrative support duties including but not limited to scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining appointment calendars on behalf of managers.

Coordinate and provide support to conferences and meeting events.

Create and maintain purchase orders.

Gather, create, and maintain sensitive and/or confidential information.

Support project work as needed.

Ability to work onsite in Moline, IL at least 4 days per week.

VISA Sponsorship is NOT available for this position

Preference will be for candidates who are able to work onsite in Moline, IL, however other John Deere office locations may be considered for a strong candidate.

What Skills You Need

3 or more years of administrative experience such as scheduling, planning, coordinating events.

3 or more years of experience in using Microsoft tools.

3 or more years of experience maintaining personal and confidential data.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Education

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

Bachelor's degree in business or communications discipline or equivalent related work experience.
