Technical Services Department Administrative Assistant

Our client, a leading organization in the automotive industry, is seeking a Technical Services Department (TSD) Admin to join their team. As a TSD Admin, you will be part of the TSD department supporting administrative and data management functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, proactive communication, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: TSD Admin

Location: Remote, Irvine, CA

Pay Range: $25-$27/hr

Shift: 8 am - 5 pm

What's the Job?

Perform basic administrative tasks to support department operations

Conduct simple queries of Siebel data and save information on SharePoint for data analytics team access for Power BI dashboards

Review and bin CEC and NHTSA files for PQE team

Assist in migrating TSD department processes into standardized templates stored on SharePoint

Support tracking of PHEV battery replacements and dealer follow-up on high voltage battery returns for remanufacturing or recycling

What's Needed?

Strong organizational and administrative skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Basic understanding of data management and SharePoint

Excellent communication skills

Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
