We are a growing and dynamic company dedicated to delivering high-quality, innovative solutions. As we expand, we're looking to strengthen our financial operations with the addition of a Junior Staff Accountant who will primarily focus on accounts payable while supporting general accounting tasks within our accounting department.

As a Junior Staff Accountant, you will play a key role in our finance department by processing accounts payable transactions, maintaining financial records, and supporting monthly reconciliations and reporting. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow their accounting skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Process invoices, vendor payments, and employee reimbursements using our software.

Ensure timely and accurate coding, approvals, and disbursements.

Monitor due dates and resolve payment-related issues efficiently.

Respond to vendor inquiries and discrepancies professionally and promptly.

Maintain positive working relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Assist in performing monthly bank and account reconciliations.

Help ensure financial data is accurate and compliant with internal policies.

Support financial tasks related to our entities.

Assist with receivables tracking and collections when needed.

Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting documentation.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Provide administrative support during audits and financial reviews.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or in progress).

1-2 years of experience in accounting or accounts payable preferred.

Familiarity with accounting software.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general accounting software.

Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
