We provide support and opportunities to our employees to achieve their full potential and cultivate a rewarding career.The RoleThe Finance Administrator provides essential administrative and operational support to the Finance team, ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day activities. This role blends traditional administrative responsibilities-such as calendar and event management-with program facilitation and finance-related processes. Acting as a key liaison across internal teams and external stakeholders, the Finance Administrator helps drive efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration within the department.ResponsibilitiesManage the CFO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate events.Plan and support logistics for internal trainings, workshops, and team gatherings.Prepare meeting materials, take notes, and track follow-up actions.Administer aspects of the shareholder program, including documentation, communication, and record-keeping.Process and track checks in line with internal controls.Assist with insurance processes, including renewals, claims, and required documentation.Support TT Foundation activities through program tracking and reporting.Serve as the central point of contact for Finance team communications, ensuring timely distribution of updates.Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, ensuring smooth delivery of logistics and materials.Contribute to ad hoc projects, reporting, and initiatives as assigned by the CFO.Requirements2+ years of proven experience in an administrative or finance support role.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.High attention to detail and accuracy in financial processes.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word); experience with financial systems or databases is a plus.Demonstrated discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information.Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable, with a professional and collaborative approach.CompensationThe rate for this position generally is $67,000 - $78,000 annually. This range is a good faith estimate provided pursuant to the New York Pay Transparency Law. It is based on what a successful New York applicant might be paid and assumes that the successful candidate will be in New York or perform the position from New York. Similar positions located outside of New York will not necessarily receive the same compensation. Actual pay rates may vary from the range, as permitted by New York Equal Pay Transparency Law. Compensation offers will be based on various factors, including operational needs, individual education, qualifications and experience, work location and comparison to employee already in the role, as well as other considerations permitted by law.
