This role (P4) will provide leadership, development, and direction to the R2S Joint Venture. The candidate will be responsible for various financial functions to support execution, ensure data integrity, and adhere to company policies. This role will be critical in managing and supporting the financial performance of the joint venture. This position requires proactive leadership and interaction with Raytheon and R2S Leadership team, and customer representatives to ensure alignment regarding strategy, operating and financial objectives.
The role is a strategic business partner to various functional teams and works in collaboration on the successful execution of proposals, Gate reviews, financial reporting, and EACs.
The selected candidate must be able to work under deadlines and constraints as well as have the ability to multitask across program requirements. This position requires the ability to provide top level program planning and control guidance as well as the ability to summarize, package, and present information to all levels of management.
This role is being offered in an onsite capacity and is based on the needs of the business. Onsite work can be done at the Huntsville, AL; Tucson, AZ; Andover, MA; McKinney, TX or Dulles, VA locations. Relocation assistance is not being provided.
What You Will Do:
Manage Forecasts, Long Range Planning (LRP), and Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
Support communication between the Joint Venture and Raytheon Leadership Teams
Provide reach back support to Subject Matter Experts (Accounting, Earned Value, Compliance)
Ensure joint venture alignment to Parent company financial policies
Coordinate and support development of quarterly Estimates at Complete
Coordinate and support Risk and Opportunities
Prepare finance charts for Program Management Reviews, monthly operating reviews, financial overviews and other reporting activities as required
Provide proactive analysis for balance sheet and incomes statements
Provide support for Advance Payments and Liquidation
Provide analysis to cash flow and invoice status
Manage and coordinate CFR, AR, and Dividends
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related field & 8 years finance related working experience; OR an Advanced degree and 5 years finance related working experience
Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Program Controls (Cost/Schedule), and/or Estimate at Completion (EAC) Process
Experience with Audit and/or surveillance
Qualifications We Prefer:
SAP APEX, Rplan, and EDIT+ experience
Experience with Microsoft suite of tools (EXCEL, Power Point, Word)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize workload
Must be independent and self-motivated
Ability to meet critical deadlines
Proactive with demonstrated ability to creatively problem solve
Working knowledge of Raytheon financial and accounting policies and procedures
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast paced work environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
