Responsibilities
Demonstrate your ability to create solutions and drive improvements as the Cranberry Engineering Manager, Test & Manufacturing Engineering. In this exciting role, you'll manage a diverse team of Test Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, and Test Engineering Technicians. This position reports directly to the Plant Manager.

Qualifications
Special knowledge, skills and abilities required:
Proven ability to lead, develop, coach, and motivate people; and to promote teamwork, individual accountability, and to influence attitudes and behaviors at all levels of the organization, including stakeholders and parties, internal and external, to the Cranberry site
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
Proven ability to lead a diverse workforce and provide the motivation and sense of urgency to achieve increasing levels of performance.
Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks, solve technical problems along with proven project management skills
Proven ability to act independently, to take personal initiative, and to follow initiatives through to completion
Demonstrated and thorough knowledge of manufacturing processes
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
Demonstrated ability to create innovative solutions and drive change.
Proven ability to project a positive, professional image and promote positive relations.
Excellent decision-making skills including the ability to identify project obstacles and creatively develop alternative solutions. Make recommendations on course of action for approval and follow through.
Up to 10% domestic travel
Education and experience required:
B.S. in an engineering discipline, preferably from an ABET accredited program
8+ years of relevant experience
M.S. degree may be substituted from up to 2 years of relevant experience.
Education and experience preferred:
M.S. in Engineering or MBA
Continuing education in management studies
5+ Years manufacturing experience
2+ Years supervisory experience
