How you'll make an impact:
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Referrer Marketing to design and execute strategies that accelerate patient referrals and strengthen connectivity between referring cardiologists, implanting physicians, and our brand. This role is pivotal in driving market growth by shaping campaigns, managing agency partners, and ensuring alignment among cross functional stakeholders.
The ideal candidate brings both strategic vision and executional excellence-able to translate insights into impactful programs, lead agencies with confidence, and clearly demonstrate ROI through rigorous metrics and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the work of multiple areas, functionalities, scope and/or locations and may have financial budget responsibilities.
Identify risk, develop and lead in the implementation of broad and more complex marketing strategies which may include negotiations with internal and external parties for multiple concurrent major products, campaigns, launches, programs, and initiatives
Plan and direct complex marketing activities with large scale or significant business impact with the accountability for successful completion of all deliverables. Collaborate with cross functional and/or matrix teams for multiple concurrent major products, campaigns, launches, programs, and initiatives
Direct line management responsibilities including a robust talent development plan in alignment with functional growth strategies and the desired culture of the department.

What you'll need (Required):
Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of experience or
Master's degree with 6 years of experience in related field related marketing

Proven successful project management leadership skills
Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools and systems

For California, the base pay range for this position is $156,000 to $221,000 (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
