One year of experience in administrative services.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will substitute for six months of the required experience.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
As an Administrative Coordinator 2, the incumbent will:
Provide front office and account support functions across both primary care and behavioral health services.
Conduct interviews with new clients, which consist of explaining and completing various consents, obtaining proof of income (POI) and insurance information, and inputting guarantor and demographic data into eCW as needed.
Completes Medicaid Applications with clients according to SCLHSA policies and procedures.
Position-Specific Details:
Location: This position is located at SCLHSA's River Parishes Behavioral Health Center, located in Laplace, LA.
Appointment Type: Probationary Appointment
Compensation: The actual starting salary depends on the education and experience of the selected applicant.
