Our client is seeking an Assembly Worker for a 6 month to 1 year contract in Jeffersonville, IN.

Job Title: Assembly Worker (part-time Mon-Fri 10am-3pm)

Location: Jeffersonville, IN

Pay Range: $15-18/hour

Position Summary:

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Part-Time Assembly Worker to join our Road Shop team in Jeffersonville, IN. This hands-on role involves assembling electrical panels and components, performing quality checks, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Ideal candidates will have experience in electrical assembly and a strong commitment to craftsmanship and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Drill and tap holes; mount Panduit, DIN rails, and terminal blocks

Strip, crimp, and wire panels according to schematics

Conduct QA/QC inspections and basic troubleshooting

Read and interpret wiring diagrams and electrical schematics

Safely operate hand and power tools

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training preferred

Minimum 1 year of experience in assembly, electrical work, or related shop environment

Basic understanding of low-voltage electrical systems

Ability to read and follow schematics and wiring diagrams

Proficiency with hand and power tools

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Work Environment:

Shop-based setting in Jeffersonville, IN

Part-time position with flexible hours
