Our client, a leading organization in the aerospace industry, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse & Distribution Manager to join their team. As a Warehouse & Distribution Manager, you will be an integral part of the logistics support team, ensuring smooth operations in a dynamic environment supporting maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will enable success within the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse & Distribution Manager

Location: Foley, AL

Pay Range: $23.48

Shift: 8:00am to 5:00pm

What's the Job?

Ship customer units, parts, tooling, and other items in compliance with import and export regulations both domestically and internationally.

Coordinate loading, unloading, and transportation of units using forklift and crane equipment.

Maintain an organized and clean work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.

Ensure documentation related to logistics activities is accurate, clear, and well-organized.

Support daily logistics operations, including receiving and shipping activities, supporting multiple programs, departments, customers, and suppliers.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Ability to operate forklift and crane equipment safely and efficiently.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
