Admin/Onboarding Assistant

About the Role:

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Talent Acquisition (TA) team during a critical onboarding period. This short-term role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating logistics and communicating with new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct follow-up calls and emails with new hires throughout the onboarding process

Track key onboarding milestones, including screening appointments and start dates

Maintain accurate records and timelines to ensure smooth onboarding transitions

Coordinate scheduling and manage cancellations for new hire appointments

Provide general administrative support to the TA team as needed

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Experience with onboarding and offboarding processes

Strong calendar management and scheduling skills

Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
