Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our team in Battle Creek, Michigan. As a Contract position in the non-profit industry, this role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and fostering positive interactions with clients and team members.

Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring prompt and effective communication.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records.

Handle email correspondence with attention to detail and professionalism.

Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars to optimize workflow.

Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, to complete administrative tasks.

Prepare presentations and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint.

Collaborate with team members to support operational needs and meet deadlines.

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to organizational policies in all communications.

Support general office duties to contribute to a productive work environment. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a non-profit setting.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Experience in handling inbound and outbound calls professionally.

Familiarity with scheduling and appointment coordination.
