Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and approachable Receptionist to join our team on a Contract basis in San Diego, California. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic workplace while providing essential support to both clients and team members.

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors with a warm and attentive demeanor, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.

Manage visitor sign-in procedures and notify relevant personnel of their arrival.

Handle incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments and providing accurate information when needed.

Maintain and restock snacks and beverages, ensuring inventory levels are sufficient and items are fresh.

Coordinate catering services for meetings and events, including setup and cleanup of designated areas.

Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and visually appealing to create a positive impression.

Support administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, data entry, and handling mail.

Collaborate with departments to provide general administrative assistance as required. Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration is advantageous.

Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals.

Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail to maintain a clean and efficient workspace.

Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.

Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
