The Project Manager will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight across key projects that improve efficiency, streamline processes, and drive business transformation.
What you'll do as a Project Manager:
Lead cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Drive efficiency improvements and process streamlining initiatives across the facility and broader organization.
Champion and manage change management efforts, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems, processes, and structures.
Provide cultural leadership and support integration efforts in a diverse, global business environment.
Collaborate with the management committee to identify opportunities for transformation and continuous improvement.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while meeting defined success criteria.
Influence and collaborate effectively across a highly matrixed organization, building strong stakeholder relationships.
Support the development and implementation of best practices in project governance, risk management, and reporting.
Develop, maintain, and track the master project plan, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation actions.
Coordinate across all key functions - manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, HR, business development, and customer service - to ensure deliverables are met.
We're looking for a Project Manager with:
Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) required.
Proven experience in change management and leading cultural and organizational transformation.
Experience working in a global organization with a matrix structure required.
Strong track record of executing projects that deliver measurable efficiency and process improvements.
Background in engineering, operations, or continuous improvement highly desirable.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Physical requirements and working conditions:
Our manufacturing Plant is comprised of enclosed office and manufacturing space. This position requires the ability to:
Move throughout the entire facility to attend to various issues
Work effectively in teams across functional groups with strong communication skills and the ability to lead
Perform sedentary work on various computer systems
This Project Manager position is located on-site in our Dallas, TX facility
