Serve as a recognized SD/OTC domain expert, leading key components of client projects and providing deep functional or technical expertise

Address complex, strategic client challenges by advising clients and project teams on SAP solutions and best practices.

Contribute to the advancement and continuous improvement of SAP tools, methodologies, and offerings within the practice.

Mentor and develop colleagues, building internal SAP capability and supporting the growth of future SAP specialists.

Drive innovation and market growth by developing and sharing SAP thought leadership, both internally and externally

Engage with SAP's latest solutions, participating in continuous learning to drive impactful business transformations.

The team

Deloitte's SAP practice offers a portfolio of services and assets designed to deliver successful, innovative-led business transformations. We provide a wide range of integrated market solutions and products to address specific business challenges across key areas. Whether you're working on first-time implementations or enhancing existing business applications, you'll have hands-on access to the latest technologies and thought leadership. Our work is varied and challenging, involving clients from Fortune 100 companies across over 20 industries, all seeking to reimagine their businesses through SAP solutions.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of relevant SAP consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large consulting firm, boutique consulting firm, or as an internal consultant within industry

5+ years of functional configuration experience with the SD/OTC module

Experience participating in all phases of at least 4 full end-to-end SAP implementations, with a focus on SD/OTC , including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

Experience with a minimum of 2 full life cycle SAP S4 HANA implementations

Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree plus equivalent work experience

A bility to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree

Experience migrating SAP ECC to S/4 Hana

Experience contributing to the development of at least 1 SAP tool, methodologies, or knowledge assets (such as accelerators, templates, or best practice guides).

Participation in at least 1 external SAP eminence-building activity (such as presenting at conferences, publishing articles, or leading client workshops.

Previous experience work ing directly for a "Big 4" consulting firm

Signavio experience

At least 1 current SAP certification

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $13 7 , 4 00 - $2 53 ,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors , including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
