Responsibilities:Provide pediatric coverage for the Level I nursery at Newark-Wayne Community HospitalAttend deliveries and perform newborn assessmentsCollaborate with OB and nursing teams to ensure optimal newborn outcomesSupport and supervise pediatric nurse practitioners and allied health professionalsContribute to quality and safety initiatives, ensuring family-centered care Qualifications:Medical Degree (MD/DO) from an accredited institutionBoard Certified or Board Eligible in PediatricsActive NYS medical license (or ability to obtain)Experience in newborn nursery care and delivery attendance requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCommitment to compassionate, patient-centered care Why Rochester Regional Health?We are more than just a healthcare system-we are a community of caregivers united by a shared commitment to serve.
