MEDICAL DEVICE ASSEMBLER

Responsibilities

Understand and follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.

Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Quality System.

Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to the Project Engineer/Supervisor.

Provide hands-on job function training to coworkers as needed.

Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

Experience with microscope use.

Small part assembly skills.

Strong communication skills.

Ability to work with microscope 90% of the shift.

Minimum 6 months of high-volume small part assembly experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in medical device assembly is preferred but not required.

Cleanroom experience is advantageous.

Familiarity with hand tools, measuring tools, calipers, and micrometers.

Work Environment

Work in a cleanroom environment 100% of the time, closely collaborating with your team at workstations.

The 1st shift starts at either 5:30 AM or 5:45 AM.

The 2nd shift starts at either 3:30 PM or 3:45 PM.

Be prepared to engage in physical tasks involving mechanical and electrical assembly, ensuring the highest quality standards.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.50/hr.
