Job Summary

? Organize the details, power the team.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will support daily operations, manage scheduling, assist with documentation, and serve as a critical point of contact for team coordination. You will ensure smooth office functioning while anticipating the needs of leadership and staff.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

High school diploma or equivalent

1-2 years of administrative or office support experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate calendars and schedule meetings

Maintain and organize files and records

Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence

Respond to emails and phone inquiries professionally

Support venue leadership with administrative tasks

Ensure timely submission of required documentation
