We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Coordinator to manage a portfolio of complex accounts across multiple sales channels. This role involves strategic operational management, risk assessment, and aligning future directions with business priorities.

Responsibilities

Manage the Accounts Receivable portfolio of complex accounts across various sales channels, utilizing work queue strategies.

Initiate customer calls, generate delinquent notices, and perform account adjustments, reconciliations, and monthly reporting.

Evaluate and identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance business and customer experience.

Recommend and lead initiatives to achieve operational excellence in collections, customer service, and process improvements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify issues, propose solutions, and improve processes, including automation opportunities.

Analyze unpaid balances and work with customers to recommend solutions.

Research and resolve discrepancies such as unpaid balances, short-paid balances, pricing discrepancies, deductions, misapplied payments, and credit memos.

Develop and maintain knowledge of rebates and promotional programs related to accounts.

Essential Skills

4+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable / Credit & Collections.

Experience in driving changes and process improvements.

Strong analytical and technical skills with proficiency in Outlook and Excel (including Pivot Tables and X-lookups).

Oracle experience is highly preferred.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is a plus.

Bilingual abilities are advantageous.

Work Environment

This position offers the opportunity to work remotely for a large company. The role requires the ability to meet metrics in a fully remote setting, working from 8am-5pm EST. The team comprises five full-time employees who work cohesively, value feedback, and take accountability. Collaboration and mutual support are emphasized within the team.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Decatur, Georgia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
