What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business interior and perimeter.
Observe for unusual activity or conditions that may require security-related intervention and report findings according to site protocols.
Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as needed.
Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and emergency services as required.
Support Allied Universal and client personnel during emergency response activities in accordance with established procedures.

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
