Description

We are looking for a meticulous Medical Office Manager to join a team on a part-time contract basis. This hybrid role allows you to work both in-office and remotely, offering flexibility while supporting key administrative tasks. Based in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, this position is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing courteous and precise communication with clients and stakeholders.

Coordinate schedules and book appointments to ensure smooth operations.

Perform accurate data entry to maintain records and documentation.

Handle E-Mail correspondence, responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries.

Use Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and providing helpful solutions.

Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of information.

Assist in administrative tasks to support the overall functioning of the office.

Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Adapt to both in-office and remote work environments with professionalism.

Requirements - At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or customer support role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Familiarity with scheduling and appointment management.

Proven ability to provide excellent customer service.
