Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Description

The warehouse associate will be responsible for picking orders, delivering materials throughout production, and staging the production floor.

Responsibilities

Locate material in the computer system.

Conduct cycle counts.

Pick material from the shelves using reach and cherry pickers.

Load and unload trucks as needed.

Troubleshoot issues with inventory.

Ensure incoming material is not damaged by performing visual inspections of boxes.

Essential Skills

Prior warehouse or distribution experience.

Ability to consistently lift up to 50lbs.

Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding English.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with ERP and digital inventory systems is a plus.

Work Environment

The warehouse operates on a rotating 3-2-2-3 schedule from 8am to 8pm. Employees utilize technologies such as forklifts, reach trucks, RF scanners, and ERP systems in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sterling, Massachusetts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $23.00/hr.
