The Position

The Opportunity:

As the Inclusion and Belonging Operations and Project Manager , you will provide critical operational expertise and support to the US Inclusion & Belonging team. You will manage budgets, drive data-driven insights, oversee projects, and ensure alignment with our strategic I&B objectives.

Financial Management: Support the management of the US I&B budget, and manage budgets for the Impact Networks (INs) and DNA Groups. Develop and implement financial processes and controls. Monitor expenditures, providing reports and analysis to the Head, I&B US.

Operational Support: Provide operational support for the US Inclusion & Belonging team by managing logistics, vendors, and communication. Develop and maintain efficient operational processes and workflows. Assist with the management of the US I&B activities portfolio, ensuring alignment with priorities and optimal resource use.

Insights & Reporting: Collaborate across teams to report key metrics for decision-making. Consolidate information to track performance and identify gaps/opportunities. Ensure reporting compliance and support strategies through research-based analysis and recommendations.

Project Management & Operational Execution: Support US I&B strategic projects: plan, execute, and monitor initiatives; coordinate teams; track progress; and manage risks.

What You Will Bring:

Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in operations, project management, or a related field (I&B experience preferred).

Proven success in financial management, budgeting, and reporting.

Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.

Strong data analysis and reporting skills with the ability to translate data into insights.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

Relocation benefits are not available for this posting.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of California is $111,800 - $207,600. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
