Senior Partner Marketing Program Manager
Job Description:
As the Senior Partner Marketing Program Manager for Sage's Partner Micro-vertical Program in North America, you'll be at the heart of driving partner growth and industry impact in micro-vertical markets. You'll lead the full lifecycle of partner participation - from selection and onboarding, to guiding partners through program milestones including supporting their access to MDF funding and measuring their success. You'll collaborate across teams to deliver innovative, high-impact campaigns that expand market reach and accelerate partner success. Your work will shape program strategy, evolve administration, and amplify communications and internal awareness, ensuring measurable results and continuous improvement.
This is a critical role for our partners' success, offering the opportunity to make a real difference in their growth and market leadership.
Location: Hybrid 3 days per week from either our Atlanta, US office.
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of indirect channel/partner marketing experience for software reseller partners (required)
Demand marketing expertise and understanding lead flow when conceiving and executing campaign strategies and tactics.
Strong program management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and pivot as needed.
Excellent cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills, embodying "one-team" attitude and approach.
Experience negotiating and managing vendor relationships and programs.
Creative problem-solving abilities and a bias for action.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to research and interpret industry trends to create marketing messages and content

Key Responsibilities:
Program Administration: Continuously evolve and manage program operations, including content development, communications, internal awareness, and reporting.
Partner Program Management: Oversee partner entry, onboarding, and participation in the program, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
Vendor Management: Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships, deliverables, and results with external vendors supporting the Partner Micro-vertical Program.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Partner Marketing Managers, content and campaign teams, and other stakeholders to drive with- and thru-partner execution of micro-vertical campaigns.
Campaign Execution: Support the creation, launch, and measurement of micro-vertical campaigns, leveraging partner portals and communication channels.
Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback, analyze results, and implement improvements to maximize program impact.
Reporting: Provide regular updates on program performance, partner participation, and campaign effectiveness to internal stakeholders.
