Description

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining accurate billing records. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to financial operations while working in a dynamic and detail-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

Handle business-to-business collections, ensuring timely payments and resolving outstanding balances.

Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable to maintain accuracy and compliance.

Process and manage billing functions, including issuing invoices and tracking payments.

Collaborate with internal teams to address discrepancies and enhance collection strategies.

Prepare detailed reports on accounts receivable status and collection activities.

Communicate effectively with clients to negotiate payment terms and resolve disputes.

Utilize prior government-related experience, if applicable, to support operational needs.

Assist in implementing best practices for accounts receivable processes and controls.

Maintain thorough documentation of all financial transactions and communications.

Requirements - Proven experience in accounts receivable, including B2B collections.

Familiarity with commercial billing processes and systems.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in financial software and tools related to accounts receivable.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Prior experience in government-related accounts is preferred.

Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
