Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Utility Worker to join our team. This hands-on role supports the operational needs of our facility by maintaining cleanliness, assisting with equipment setup, and performing routine maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, physically capable, and eager to contribute to a collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and facilities.
Assist in the setup and breakdown of equipment for operational processes.
Monitor and inspect systems for issues and report findings.
Support team members in daily tasks to improve operational efficiency.
Follow safety protocols and participate in training sessions.
Maintain landscaping, lighting, and basic plumbing or HVAC systems.
Keep accurate records of completed work orders.
Qualifications
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, standing, bending).
Basic mechanical aptitude.
Experience with landscaping and willingness to work in outdoor environments
Preferred:
Previous experience in a utility or maintenance role.
Familiarity with safety regulations and mechanical systems.
Forklift certification or ability to operate maintenance tools.
Skills
Strong attention to detail.
Effective communication and teamwork.
Ability to multitask and prioritize.
Basic computer skills for work order tracking.
