Job Title: Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales

Location: Brea

Pay rate: $25/hr

Contract to hire

Position Overview:

Pacific Plastics is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role functions as an inside sales position, providing excellent customer support while assisting with order processing and general inquiries. The ideal candidate is professional, reliable, and eager to contribute to a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately.

Send order confirmations and manage backorder communication and follow-ups.

Learn to conduct inventory checks, including pricing and availability.

Assist customers with general inquiries and provide updates on order status.

Maintain accurate documentation and follow company processes for customer interactions.

Gradually support inside sales and administrative functions as skills develop.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of professional experience (customer service or related field preferred).

Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.

Strong communication skills and a professional phone presence.

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to company procedures.

Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required.

Available to start immediately.
