Description We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Cocoa, Florida. This role involves providing essential support to daily office operations, managing communications, and maintaining accurate records. Bilingual candidates fluent in both Spanish and English are strongly encouraged to apply, as the position may require frequent interaction with Spanish-speaking clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities:

Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements for team members.

Prepare, review, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations with attention to detail.

Welcome visitors and provide assistance to ensure a thorough and positive experience.

Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems for efficient document retrieval.

Assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, and internal communications.

Perform accurate data entry and ensure proper record-keeping of important information.

Translate documents and facilitate verbal communication between Spanish and English as needed.

Handle inbound calls and provide clerical support, including receptionist duties.

Support special projects and additional administrative tasks as assigned. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative roles, including calendar management and scheduling.

Proficiency in data entry and document organization.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with bilingual fluency in Spanish and English preferred.

Ability to handle receptionist duties and manage inbound calls professionally.

Familiarity with clerical and administrative office tasks.

Competency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Highly organized with keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

Experience in translating and facilitating bilingual communications is a plus. TalentMatch®
