Our client, a dynamic organization in the administrative support sector, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the administrative support department supporting various internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Cypress, CA

Pay Range: $18-60 - 29.03/hr.

What's the Job?

Review expired quotes within an existing database to determine necessary actions

Correspond with quote owners to confirm if quotes are valid or expired

Refresh quote pricing and submit for approval

Send quotes directly to customers or internal personnel responsible for sending quotes

Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up on pending quotes

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent

Proficiency with Excel and Outlook

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Good organizational skills with attention to detail

Effective interpersonal communication skills for internal and external interactions
