Description
We are looking for a dedicated Front Desk Coordinator to join our team! This is a position where you will play a key role in managing front desk operations, ensuring excellent service, and maintaining smooth communication with tenants and visitors.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring they feel comfortable and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Record and track visitor information, including their arrival time and the purpose of their visit.
Handle mail distribution efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to the intended recipients.
Manage multi-line phone systems, answering inbound calls promptly and courteously.
Requirements
Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles, showcasing strong organizational skills.
Familiarity with managing multi-line phone systems and switchboards.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
