The Supply Chain Reporting Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the reporting and analytics needs of the Supply Chain Planning team.?This position is responsible for generating insights into key supply chain metrics, focusing on Service, Cost, Cash, and Waste, to optimize the product supply planning process. In addition to reporting and analysis, this role will also be responsible for performing key reporting tasks, managing SAP master data, and actively participating in critical supply chain processes.
By providing clear visibility to product supply planning results, driving actionable insights into performance, and supporting a seamless supply planning process, this position is instrumental in achieving our overall customer case fill rate goal and ensuring efficient supply chain operations.
How you will contribute
?? Reporting and Analytics:
Develop and automate weekly and monthly performance reports for Supply Planning leadership, covering various product supply metrics related to production, capacity, customer service, and inventory.
Proactively identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement within the supply chain. Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to provide data-driven insights into Supply Planning performance metrics.
Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Visualization Solutions:
Partner with the Business Insights & Solutions Team to develop and implement effective data visualization solutions.
Ensure reports and dashboards are user-friendly, informative, and aligned with business needs. Root Cause Analysis:
Create tools that support root cause analysis reporting for key supply chain metrics, addressing issues related to cost, cash flow, and service levels.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and implement corrective actions.? SAP Master Data Management:
Manage and update planning master data in SAP systems as required, ensuring data accuracy and integrity on behalf of the Supply Planning team. Operational Responsibilities:
Perform regular updates and maintenance of key reports, dashboards, and data inputs, including but not limited to: RCCP, E2E Inventory, Innovation Deployment Tracker, NPI Tool inputs, LRP updates, and more!
Ensure timely and accurate completion of recurring tasks in support of the Supply Planning team.? Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma:
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects to streamline processes, reduce waste, and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
Apply Six Sigma methodologies and tools to identify and resolve process inefficiencies, improve data quality, and optimize reporting capabilities (if applicable, specify which tools/methodologies).
Support the development and implementation of process improvements, ensuring alignment with best practices and company objectives.
Qualifications:
BS/BA required, preferably in Supply Chain or statistics related discipline.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Supply Chain related discipline.
Experience with Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement principles is desirable (Green Belt or Yellow Belt certification a plus).
Strong working knowledge of SAP ECC/ APO, PowerBI, and Tableau Reporting tools.
Highly developed analytical and problem-solvingskills?.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel & PowerPoint is a must.
Ability to establish strong relationships with internal cross-functional partners.
Demonstrated drive for results and a proactive approach to learning.
Critical Thinking: leverage analytics, benchmarking, and insights to generate meaningful supply chain strategies and solutions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A plus- o9 and S4hana experience.

*The base salary range for this position is $83,800 to $115,225; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
