We are seeking a dynamic Engineering Manager to lead the mechanical evaluation of control valves, actuation systems, and accessories. This role is responsible for strategic planning, team leadership, workflow coordination, and continuous improvement across testing and development initiatives. Lead and align initiatives with department vision and strategic drivers

Solicit and integrate feedback from internal and external stakeholders

Ensure quality and efficiency in testing and reporting

Coordinate budget and salary planning
Conduct performance evaluations and regular 1-on-1s

Develop and manage test plans and schedules (Marathon, Sprint)
External Engagement
Represent the organization in technical committees and councils
For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or 8+ years of technical management experience
Minimum five years of engineering experience, where a good working knowledge of engineering principles, techniques and applications has been obtained.
Demonstrated experience with industrial process control equipment, which may include valves, actuators, piping, and instrumentation.
Ability to supervise a group of technical people and proven team leadership skills.
Ability to work complex projects with many collaborators.
Graduate degrees or additional coursework in Business and/or Engineering
