As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Site Patrol - Full Time in Franklin, WI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will be an integral part of maintaining a secure environment at a prominent food and beverage location. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the site, staying visible to help deter potential security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to everyone you encounter. You will be counted on to communicate clearly and respond promptly to any situations that arise, always upholding the values of reliability, agility, and integrity. Day Time

Tue10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Wed10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Sat06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Sun06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and promote adherence to site policies.

Maintain detailed documentation of daily activities, observations, and incidents encountered during patrols.

Work collaboratively with team members and site personnel to address security-related concerns within the food and beverage location.

Assist in implementing and following emergency response procedures specific to the location and its operational needs.

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
