We're seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Manager, Health, Nutrition & Care, to spearhead a team of talented Inside Sales Associates and Coordinators, guiding them from "Lead to Order" and fueling revenue growth. As the Inside Sales Manager, Health, Nutrition & Care , you'll have the opportunity to shape strategy, build customer relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Communications to deliver powerful solutions and insights. Your Key Responsibilities:

Manage, develop and motivate a high performance inside sales team

Conduct team meetings to ensure team activities align with overall sales objectives

Ensure proper training and use of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to implement consistent company practices

Assist in establishing, monitoring, and executing goals for revenue, growth, and Key Performance Indicators (KPls)

Address performance issues appropriately and in a timely manner

Sell dsm-firmenich products directly to customers or through distribution channel in a designated area, achieving the respective budget targets in volume, price and Operational Expenditures (OPEX)

You Bring:

3+ years of sales managerial experience; working with dietary supplements and pharmaceutical industry preferred

Demonstrated ability to reach and exceed sales targets, utilizing CRM capabilities

Strong organizational and analytical skills needed for tracking, managing and analyzing customer lead effectiveness

Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills as well as relationship building skills for interacting with internal and external customers

Ability to travel up to 15%

Bachelor's degree in business/marketing field or science/technology required; food science degree preferred

The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant's job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $97,600-$125,000.

In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits. All benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements.
