The Qualifications We are Looking For From You:

Current Michigan Registered Nurse license

Bachelor's degree in nursing, business, healthcare admin required

Master's degree preferred

Four or more years of leadership experience

Demonstrated administrative and supervisory ability.

Duties include:

Collaborates with MPN Managers and cross-functional teams to lead initiatives focused on:

Process and policy standardization across medical practices

Maximizing pay-for-performance incentives from both commercial and government payers

Partners with medical practice leadership to:

Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization

Implement improvements in collaboration with technical, revenue cycle, and performance improvement teams

Supports efforts to enhance billing processes, with a focus on:

Annual wellness care visits

Care management services

Continuously seeks to eliminate waste and improve efficiency through process evaluation and redesign
