The firm is seeking a hands-on Legal Entity Data Management Supervisor to lead and coordinate strategic initiatives focused on the core data platforms. This supervisory role requires the analysis of business requirements and the engagement of stakeholders from Legal, Finance, Tax, Technology, Operations, and Investment teams. The primary objective is to drive the successful advancement of the firm's legal entity management platform.
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnership: Collaborate across Legal, Finance, Tax, Technology, Operations, and Investments teams, working closely with business stakeholders to understand firm-wide processes and how data is utilized.
Process Improvement: Ensure adherence to existing procedures and standards, and work with stakeholders to develop new processes and models where necessary.
Requirements Analysis: Lead the analysis of business requirements and partner with team members to develop flexible data models and integration points that maximize reusability and maintainability.
Client Relationship Management: Constantly seek opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen client relationships.
Application Service Delivery Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with the Application Service Delivery group, responsible for delivery and service management.
Project Management: Facilitate Agile project management duties, including stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and other related ceremonies.
Training and Documentation: Prepare mockups, training materials, and recommendations for best practices.
Business Analysis Testing: Oversee BA testing to ensure business requirements are appropriately implemented.
Data Analysis: Perform detailed analysis on large data sets to assess data quality and its business impact.
Technical Workflow Design: Develop technical workflow diagrams to support the design and implementation of best practice data management controls and procedures.
Qualifications
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) with at least 10 years of legal entity management experience in a fast-paced environment.
Business Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Alternatives business and complex legal structures, with a focus on legal entity management.
Data Expertise: Strong background in data analysis and analytics, with the ability to work with large data sets.
Software Delivery Experience: Foundational experience in full cycle software delivery, either as a business analyst or developer.
Project Delivery: Experience with complex enterprise application systems, distributed applications, web applications, or system integration solutions.
Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with systems supporting the legal entity lifecycle, such as Diligent, Aladdin, Everest, and Appian.
Agile Methodology: Working understanding of Agile methodology and its framework.
User Acceptance Testing: Knowledge of coordinating comprehensive end-to-end user acceptance testing.
Firm-wide Liaison: Ability to communicate effectively with all areas and regions of the firm.
Professionalism: Demonstrates a strong sense of professional pride and individual accountability.

Compensation Details
The salary range for this role is $130,000-$160,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, business sector, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, market benchmarking data, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which, along with base salary and retirement contributions, is part of our total comprehensive package. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), life insurance and other benefits to eligible employees.
