Wells Fargo is seeking a Principal Commercial Banking Relationship Manager primarily in the South Florida market with an emphasis on acquiring new relationships with Commercial Real Estate (CRE) investors. In this role, you will:

Build complex IRE portfolio of commercial banking relationships

Actively participating in the completion of major transactions

Partner with other product partners including but not limited to Interest Rate Risk, Treasury Management, Deposits and Wealth to attract and retain customers with an appropriate credit risk and operational risk lens to grow revenue and profits

Close collaboration and engagement with the Portfolio Management team while still maintaining ownership of the risk

Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Commercial Real Estate and/or Investor Real Estate business development experience

Commercial Real Estate and/or Investor Real Estate relationship management experience

Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of negotiating: interest rates, price, terms, and collateral requirements

Established local in-market network with demonstrated knowledge of the South Florida Market

Ability to structure and execute complex financial transactions including lending, treasury and commercial solutions

Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of risk management

Strong credit analysis skills

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

Job Expectations:
