As an Accounts Payable Clerk Your Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Process invoices, purchase requests, and check requests with precision, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Verify the completeness and approval of all supporting documentation using the organization's electronic document management system.

Accurately post financial transactions in Microsoft Dynamics within established deadlines.

Collaborate with program directors and other internal teams to address discrepancies and secure necessary approvals.

Maintain organized electronic records in alignment with organizational standards.

Contribute to the ongoing improvement of accounts payable processes and assist with additional finance-related tasks as needed.

Requirements

The ideal Accounts Payable Clerk candidate will have:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable roles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics or similar financial systems, along with electronic document management platforms.

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with invoice coding, check runs, and invoice processing procedures.
