Our client, a leading organization in the technology and data center industry, is seeking a Construction Manager to join their team. As a Construction Manager, you will be part of the Project Delivery Department supporting onsite construction operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Construction Manager 5

Location: San Antonio, TX

What's the Job?

Monitor and refine project plans to ensure successful construction delivery

Coordinate daily onsite activities and manage project teams and resources

Oversee procurement, safety programs, and quality control measures

Manage project schedules, costs, and change management processes

Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure project milestones are met

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field

10+ years of experience in construction management or related roles

Knowledge of construction delivery methods such as Design-build, CM-at-Risk, etc.

Proficiency with MS Office Suite, MS Project, and other project management tools

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
