Adecco is helping to hire for an Administrative Assistant with a leader in Electric Vehicle Manufacturing . This is a contract role, lasting 12-months and offers a remote opportunity for anyone willing to work PST hours. Please see below for more details and let us know if you're interested!

Pay: $20/hr

Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 1st shift (PST)

Job Description:

As an Administrative Partner, you will serve in a remote administrative capacity CFO and VP of Investor Relations. You will work closely with leaders on executive general administrative activities that are required to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.

Essential Duties:

· Calendar Management: Manage internal and external meetings. This will include coordinating with stakeholders to align meeting scheduling and support.

· Travel Support: Utilize company systems to arrange travel. Ensure that leaders are prepared with required travel information and documentation as well as ad hoc support whilst the leaders are traveling.

· Material/Data Prep: Support the preparation of presentation materials and data requests.

· Expenses: Own all needed expense reporting.

· Assist with other special projects and tasks as needed.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

· 4+ years as an admin/executive assistant, virtual assistant, or other similar role providing support to senior-level executives

· Excellent computer skills and understanding of Microsoft Office Suite

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

· Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and accommodate business needs.

Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
