We are currently seeking an exceptional supply chain professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage multiple semiconductor product lines, overseeing both New Product Introduction (NPI) and High-Volume manufacturing (HVM) processes. This role requires strong collaboration with internal and external partners across various functional teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for comprehensive ASIC supply chain management. This role encompasses the planning and oversight of material movements, close coordination with our supplier network, and providing crucial support for engineering and pre-production builds. You'll be tasked with communicating status updates and addressing open issues, reporting on available-to-promise, and managing supply prioritization. The position is dynamic, requiring interaction across all levels of the organization.

Key job responsibilities
Develop and organize production plans aligned with demand forecasts
Manage delivery commitments for internal and external customers, ensuring timely product delivery
Handle demand & supply variability, including forecasts, strategic inventory allocations, and backlog consumption
Collaborate with engineering teams and suppliers to understand bill of materials (BOM) components, identify and manage long lead-time parts, coordinate additional and alternative sources for materials and capacity
Provide and oversee loading plans and production releases to offshore subcontractors
Orchestrate planning, scheduling, tracking, and expediting of materials with wafer foundries, IC assembly and test houses, module contract manufacturers and component suppliers
Maintain and update critical data, including charts and reports, work-in-progress (WIP) status, inventory levels, supply availability, shortage lists
Engage with manufacturing partners to enhance delivery performance

Technical Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing operations including wafer fab, advanced packaging and testing, demand response dynamics, capacity planning strategies, factory loading optimization

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
3+ years of NPI/production planning experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment or a fabless semiconductor company with good understanding of semiconductor production.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel based or other advanced analytical tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced data analytics and visualization experience
Degree in Supply Chain or APICS CPIM certification.
Board planning and component material management experience a strong plus.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $77,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $141,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
