AWS Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain scalable, high-performance AWS infrastructures
Lead the development and optimization of cloud-native applications using AWS services
Architect and deploy serverless solutions using AWS Lambda and related services
Create and manage Amazon Lex chatbots, integrating them with other AWS services
Develop and maintain AWS Cloud Formation templates and Terraform scripts for infrastructure as code
Implement secure and efficient networking solutions using VPC, VPN, and related services
Optimize cloud costs and performance using tools like CloudCheckr
Create insightful dashboards using Amazon QuickSight for data visualization and reporting
Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices and architectural decisions
Required Skills: A WS Platform Expertise :
Amazon Lex: Bot creation and customization
AWS Lambda: Serverless application development and integration
Amazon Connect: Cloud contact center setup, management, and integration
Core AWS Services: S3, EBS, Glacier, EFS, VPC, Route 53, EC2, RDS, IAM
AWS CloudFormation and Terraform for infrastructure as code
Networking : VPC, VPN, Security Groups, Network ACLs, Elastic Load Balancing
Containerization: Docker and Kubernetes experience
Scripting: Shell scripting, Node.js, and Python
Other Technical Skills:
Experience with cloud optimization tools (e.g., CloudCheckr)
Proficiency in creating dashboards with Amazon QuickSight
Solid understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and documentation abilities
Proven track record of designing scalable and cost-effective solutions
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Leadership experience in guiding technical teams and projects
Specific Expertise:
Creation and management of Amazon cloud contact centers
Extensive experience with AWS services deployment using CloudFormation and Terraform
Proficiency in Amazon Connect, including reporting and contact lens configuration
Expert-level knowledge in creating contact flows, routing profiles, queues, and modules using Connect APIs
Integration of Amazon Lex bots with other AWS services and external systems
Certifications:
AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional (required)
AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional (preferred)
AWS Certified Data Analytics - Specialty (preferred)
Additional Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in cloud engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AWS
Demonstrated history of successful large-scale AWS projects
Willingness to stay updated with the latest AWS services and best practices

Must have a valid indefinite USA Work Permit
