Are you a passionate Physical Therapist looking to make a lasting impact in a collaborative outpatient setting? Join our client, a well-established clinic in San Rafael, CA with over 35 years of service in the community, specializing in musculoskeletal care, occupational medicine, urgent care, physical therapy, and acupuncture. As a PT, you'll help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life through personalized, evidence-based care.

Location: San Rafael, CA

Employment Type: Local contract

Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7AM - 7 PM

Competitive Pay : $120-150 per hour

As a Physical Therapist, you'll guide patients through recovery and prevention, helping them return to work, sport, and daily life with confidence. Your clinical expertise, creativity, and compassion will shape treatment plans that truly make a difference.

What You'll Do

Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal conditions (90% outpatient caseload).

Implement therapeutic interventions including light treadmill exercise, soft tissue mobilization, and more.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including occupational medicine and urgent care professionals.

Document patient progress using Agility EMR through Net Health.

Innovate! Bring new ideas or processes to a clinic that welcomes growth and change.

Work in a supportive team of 14 professionals

What We're Looking For

Current, up-to-date resume.

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Active California PT license in good standing.

Strong background in outpatient musculoskeletal care.

Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills.

Ability to manage a fast-paced schedule (3 patients/hour).

Compliance with standard healthcare requirements including TB test and immunizations.
